Althing, a clinical service provider of innovative, proactive health services, is seeking Family Nurse Practitioners (part-time/full-time/PRN) for its flagship clinic that opened within a college campus in Southeast Minnesota in 2022. These providers specialize in the primary and specialty care of patients of all ages and provide virtual and in-person health engagements primarily related to convenience care, community health, DOT and mental health services. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications

• Perform physical exams, order or perform diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, develop treatment plans, make referrals for specialty care and treat acute and chronic illnesses, conditions and injuries that fall under primary care and convenience care
• Maintain accurate and current patient records
• Provide clinical services related to convenience care, community health, primary care, corporate health, mental health and DOT services
• Collaborate on effective clinical workflows and innovative care models
• Experience in the fields of family medicine, primary care, or urgent care required
• Valid medical license in the state of Minnesota required
• Current CPR certification
• No history of malpractice or disciplinary actions
• Strong clinical knowledge and effective “bedside manner”
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work as an equal member of a interdisciplinary team
• Passion for innovation in healthcare coupled with a desire for equitable, quality care
• Working knowledge of EMR’s; experience with electronic medical record Athena is a plus
